  8. I think your scheme for shared libraries will work.
  9. Some thoughts, though:
  10. - programs should be able to specify a 'level' and 'version' of
  11.   the library needed. For instance, 'I want the mintlibs pl 31
  12.   or higher and get me the MiNT-only version if you have that.'
  13. - Programs should be able to print a message "i cannot find library
  14.   x, or version is wrong' if things go wrong.

  16. Otherwise, we only need to solve the technical problems.
